The CeMi Lab Ph.D. student Joni Spencer won first place for her talk, “Ab Initio Investigation of the Hydrogen and Oxygen Evolution Reactions at the Electrocatalyst-Water Interface” in the 2024 MSE@UCI Elevator Pitch Competition. The Graduate Elevator Pitch Competition for Materials Science and Engineering highlights the excellence and importance of graduate research in MSE@UCI.
